We take utmost care and undertake every effort to ensure that the students enrolled with us start their Import export career successfully and to achieve the same we have introduced so many benefits, but in case one does not succeed in his or her venture, it will not be a liability on the end of GFE Training & Education LLP or Foreign Trade Academy™ or any of the associates and under no circumstances will the fees be refunded to any student nor will the admission be transferrable to other person under any circumstances whatsoever. IEC assistance refers to providing complete guidance in the form of lectures and videos to the participants. Any charges associated with the same will have to be borne by the participants. Website designing part is given free of any cost to the participants and so is hosting the website on server for 1 year. The cost of domain has to be borne by the participant and domain renewal and hosting charges have to borne after 1 year. It is our credibility in the Import Export market that we get permission to take students inside ICD and Ports to visit, hence strict discipline needs to be maintained. If any student is found misbehaving he or she shall not be entitled to this benefit. It will be the participant’s responsibility to reach to the destination – Port or ICD and any charges incurred for the same will be responsibility of the participant. Sometimes we may get delayed or no permissions at all, in such cases we may have to cancel visits. We may ask you to reach at some particular place for assemble. For any type of funding, it will be the sole discretion of GFE Training & education Partners whether to fund any consignment or not. No obligation arises whatsoever to the Company or the partners in regards to this. The First Trade Free refers only to Clearing & Forwarding Agency Charges as per bill issued by CHA or C&F Agents approved by GFE Training & Education LLP. This approval must be available in writing. Lifetime Helpdesk is a mail set up by company to assist the students and it restricts only to solving queries over E-mail. No advise, suggestion or instructions given through helpdesk are binding on any student and they should be their own best judge to take any decisions. The company or helpdesk always tries to give the best guidance as per their knowledge and experience but in case of any loss, financial or other, we are not liable or responsible for the same. Job assistance feature means helping students get good jobs. It is under no terms that the company or its associates are bound to get you placed or give a job. It would be our best try to help the participant get good placement and our past record is 100% success. To Support you, We may offer additional services of Trade with us like Import or Export of any Product with any country with you or for you, with any outside parties, persons or consultants, we may have to charge Service Charges or Risk management Charges, also we will try to give our best always, however we will not be liable for any loss due to any kind of dealings in these trades. If the Payment of any Program, Course or Product is not cleared on time, or cheque is not cleared due to any reason or any delayed payment or cheque bounce penalties or any other default in part or full or else not maintained as per the terms of Payments shared with the participants through any communication, we may withdraw - temporarily or permanently, all facilities of the concerned participants, relating to life time benefits like lecture repetition, help desk support, upgradation program & material support, membership and networking support & assistance, website etc. These benefits later may be or may not be resumed and that is on sole consideration of the Organization. Any kind of part or full payment for any product or services or Course etc. is strictly non refundable in any circumstances. Following are the standard payment Terms, any deviations must be approved on mail by any of the Directors of GFE Group - Spot Admissions - 500 / 1000 Rs for Seat Booking ( Example - Seat booked at 1.30 PM on 3rd Jan , Sunday ) 4,500/ 4000 w. e. applicable More - with in 72 hours of Seat Booking ( Need to pay by 1.30 PM Wednesday EOD) Balance Fees need to be cleared before 1st Lecture Date of the batch enrolled for If any Cheque is Bounced due to any reasons, payment will be accepted in cash only and within 48 hours or before the lecture payment need to be cleared, penalty of Rs 1,000 need to be paid in cash along with Fee.
